Privacy Policy
1. Scope
This Privacy Policy describes what information L0gic Verify (the “Service”), operated by Patrick James Crosby (the “Operator” and “Data Controller”), collects, how it is used, and the rights you have regarding it.
2. Information We Collect
- Email address — when you contact us or join the early-access list.
- Transaction identifiers — transaction IDs you submit for verification. These are queried against public blockchain APIs at lookup time.
- Server logs — standard web server logs may include IP address, browser type, request timestamp, and pages visited.
- Payment information — payment may be accepted either via direct cryptocurrency transfer to operator-owned wallet addresses (Bitcoin, Ethereum, USDC) or via third-party card payment processors when arranged. The Service does not store full card numbers; cryptocurrency transactions are recorded on public blockchains.
3. How We Use Information
- To deliver the Service (process transaction lookups, send reports);
- To respond to your inquiries and maintain the early-access list;
- To monitor service availability and protect against abuse;
- To comply with legal obligations.
4. Storage and Retention
Transaction lookup data is processed at query time. Lookup queries are not retained after the report is delivered.
Intake-form details relayed by email (your name, email, payment reference, and case details) are retained to deliver and support your report, and deleted on request.
Email addresses on the early-access list are retained until you request removal.
Server logs are retained for 30 days for security and diagnostic purposes.
5. Sharing
We do not sell your personal information. We share data only with:
- Third-party payment processors when you make a purchase;
- A third-party form-submission processor (FormSubmit, formsubmit.co) when you submit the intake form at /start — it receives the details you enter there (your name, contact email, payment reference, and the transaction IDs, wallet addresses, exchange, and case description you provide) solely to relay them to the Operator by email. Transaction IDs and wallet addresses are public on-chain identifiers, and the form is designed so that no private files or account statements pass through it;
- Public blockchain explorer APIs when you submit a transaction ID for verification (the API receives the transaction ID, which is itself a public on-chain identifier);
- Service providers necessary to operate the Service (e.g., hosting);
- Where required by law or valid legal process.
6. Your Rights
Depending on your jurisdiction, you may have rights including:
- Access to the personal information we hold about you;
- Correction of inaccurate information;
- Deletion of your information;
- Portability of your data;
- Objection to or restriction of certain processing.

7. Cookies and Tracking
The landing page does not use cookies or third-party trackers. Server logs collect standard request metadata as described above.
8. Children
The Service is not directed to children under 16 and does not knowingly collect personal information from children.
9. International Users
If you access the Service from outside the United States, your information is processed in the United States. By using the Service, you consent to this transfer.
EU/EEA users: The Service processes your data on the following lawful bases under GDPR Article 6: service delivery via transaction lookup is processed under contract performance (Art 6(1)(b)); abuse prevention and server logs are processed under legitimate interest (Art 6(1)(f)); early-access list and marketing communications are processed under consent (Art 6(1)(a)). EU residents may contact us at the email above to exercise GDPR rights.
California residents: California Consumer Privacy Act (CCPA/CPRA) rights apply. We do not sell or share personal information for cross-context behavioral advertising. We do not collect or process “sensitive personal information” as defined under CPRA except where third-party card payment processors transmit payment account information directly to their own systems when used. Direct cryptocurrency transactions are made to public wallet addresses and do not result in the Service collecting sensitive payment information.
10. Security
We use reasonable administrative, technical, and physical safeguards to protect personal information. No system is perfectly secure; we cannot guarantee absolute security.
In the event of a personal data breach affecting your information, we will notify affected users within seventy-two (72) hours of detection where required by applicable law (including GDPR Article 33).
11. Changes
This Policy may be updated. Material changes will be reflected in the “Last updated” date above.
