Transaction lookup data is processed at query time. Lookup queries are not retained after the report is delivered.

Intake-form details relayed by email (your name, email, payment reference, and case details) are retained to deliver and support your report, and deleted on request.

Email addresses on the early-access list are retained until you request removal.

Server logs are retained for 30 days for security and diagnostic purposes.

The landing page does not use cookies or third-party trackers. Server logs collect standard request metadata as described above.

The Service is not directed to children under 16 and does not knowingly collect personal information from children.

If you access the Service from outside the United States, your information is processed in the United States. By using the Service, you consent to this transfer.

EU/EEA users: The Service processes your data on the following lawful bases under GDPR Article 6: service delivery via transaction lookup is processed under contract performance (Art 6(1)(b)); abuse prevention and server logs are processed under legitimate interest (Art 6(1)(f)); early-access list and marketing communications are processed under consent (Art 6(1)(a)). EU residents may contact us at the email above to exercise GDPR rights.

California residents: California Consumer Privacy Act (CCPA/CPRA) rights apply. We do not sell or share personal information for cross-context behavioral advertising. We do not collect or process “sensitive personal information” as defined under CPRA except where third-party card payment processors transmit payment account information directly to their own systems when used. Direct cryptocurrency transactions are made to public wallet addresses and do not result in the Service collecting sensitive payment information.

We use reasonable administrative, technical, and physical safeguards to protect personal information. No system is perfectly secure; we cannot guarantee absolute security.

In the event of a personal data breach affecting your information, we will notify affected users within seventy-two (72) hours of detection where required by applicable law (including GDPR Article 33).
