Terms of Use

Effective: 2026-05-09 · Last updated: 2026-07-13

1. Acceptance

By accessing or using L0gic Verify (the “Service”), you agree to these Terms of Use. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.

2. Description of Service

L0gic Verify operates at two layers. The transaction layer cross-references exchange-reported transactions against canonical on-chain state retrieved from public blockchain explorer APIs and produces side-by-side discrepancy reports. The entity layer cross-references publicly-stated representations by an offering, ICO, IPO, or company against public-record data retrieved from SEC EDGAR, state Secretary of State systems, FINRA, USPTO, and court records, and produces side-by-side discrepancy reports at the entity level.

Both layers are read-only. The Service does not custody private keys, hold funds, transmit virtual currency, route trades, initiate disputes on a user’s behalf, or provide investment, legal, or tax advice. Discrepancy reports name observed data points and possible causes; users decide what to do with the information.

The Service is currently in early-access phase; features, pricing, and availability may change with notice reflected in the “Last updated” date above.

3. Acceptable Use

Reports may be used for personal verification of transactions you originated or have authority to verify, and for evidence preparation in support of licensed counsel. Reports are not for trade execution decisions.

You may not:

4. No Legal, Financial, or Tax Advice

The Service provides forensic data. Reports name discrepancies and possible causes; they do not constitute legal, financial, tax, or investment advice. The Service does not provide legal services and is not a substitute for consultation with licensed counsel.

The operator-signature on Forensic Report tier outputs attests to the operator’s review of the data presented and does not certify legal sufficiency for any particular proceeding. The operator’s review reflects the operator’s own analytical judgment based on the operator’s personal experience with similar transaction-verification work; it does not constitute professional credentialing, expert-witness opinion, or independent third-party certification. The operator does not hold any law license, accounting credential, or financial-advisory registration; the operator’s contribution is analytical-judgment-based-on-experience, not professional-credentialed-opinion. Customers requiring evidence for legal proceedings should consult licensed counsel regarding admissibility, chain-of-custody, and evidentiary standards in their jurisdiction.

Operator’s personal statement: I am not licensed to practice LAW itself. This is not the construction of Law or Legal Cases. This is the construction of the immutable blockchain evidence that can be traced with enough knowledge and enough patience and practice in the matter. I will not guarantee you funds back. I will not guarantee you 100% correct insight of your possible case. I will not be responsible for any actions you take or commit if record is pointed correctly or incorrectly — these actions are yours and yours alone to take, not constructed under my behalf. Take this information with a grain of salt as mistakes and errors may be possible.

5. Disclaimer of Warranties

THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED “AS IS” AND “AS AVAILABLE.” To the maximum extent permitted by law, L0gic Verify and its operator disclaim all warranties, express or implied, including warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement.

Data accuracy depends on third-party blockchain explorer API availability and the on-chain state at query time. The Service does not guarantee uninterrupted availability or error-free operation.

6. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, L0gic Verify and Patrick James Crosby (“Operator”) shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including loss of profits, data, use, or goodwill, arising from or related to your use of the Service.

Total cumulative liability for any claim arising from or related to the Service shall not exceed the amount you paid the Service in the twelve (12) months preceding the claim, or fifty United States dollars ($50.00), whichever is greater.

7. Intellectual Property and Published Case Studies

L0gic Verify, the L0gic name, the Verify name, and associated logos are property of Patrick James Crosby. Report outputs delivered to you for your use remain subject to these Terms; underlying blockchain data and public-record data are public.

Published case studies. From time to time, the Operator publishes case studies on the public website that reference publicly-available information about third parties (including, without limitation, the operator’s own loss cases involving Uulala, Inc. and a VeChain-impersonation scam). These case studies are educational and illustrative publications that demonstrate the Service’s methodology using public-record data; they are not unauthorized accusations and they are not legal opinions. Each factual claim in a published case study is independently verifiable from cited or referenced primary sources (SEC enforcement records, USPTO databases, state-of-incorporation filings, WHOIS records, blockchain explorers, exchange-published wallet labels, and similar publicly-available sources); primary-source citations are available on request to patrick@l0gic.ai. The Operator’s analytical framing in published case studies reflects the same operator-experience-not-credentialed register described in Section 4 above; the case studies do not constitute legal conclusions or professional credentialed opinions about any named third party. Subjects named in published case studies are referenced solely on the basis of their public-record presence and the operator’s direct experience as a counterparty in the underlying matter.

8. Termination

The Operator may suspend or terminate access for violation of these Terms or for activity that materially impacts the Service or third-party APIs. You may discontinue use at any time.

9. Governing Law and Venue

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Washington, without regard to conflict-of-law principles. Any dispute shall be resolved in the state or federal courts located in Spokane County, Washington, and you consent to the personal jurisdiction of those courts.

10. Changes

These Terms may be updated. Material changes will be reflected in the “Last updated” date above. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance.
